Agenda for the October 15, 2026 Executive Committee meeting. The committee reviews results of a member survey on preferred meeting days and times and interest in committee service. It may vote to recommend monthly and quarterly Council meeting dates for FY 2027 (October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027) to the full Council, including the September 2027 annual meeting and possible neighbor island meetings, and may adopt its own FY 2027 meeting schedule. Public testimony is taken on agenda items (three minutes per person per topic, with extensions available as a disability accommodation), followed by public comment on non-agenda items and adjournment.
