Agenda for the September 10, 2026 Executive Committee meeting. After call to order and roll call, the public may testify on agenda item 3, the consideration of the conduct of a Council officer. Under HRS § 92-5(a)(2), the committee will decide whether the individual has a legitimate expectation of privacy and hold a roll-call vote on entering executive session, which is closed to the public; the individual may request an open meeting. Any action taken is announced in open session and referred to the full Council.
