Agenda for the October 22, 2026 Executive Committee meeting. After call to order and roll call, the public may testify on the main agenda item. The committee will consider the conduct of a Council officer and may vote by roll call to enter an executive session, closed to the public, under HRS §§ 92-4 and 92-5(a)(2) because privacy matters are involved. The committee then returns to open session to announce any action taken; any recommendation goes to the full Council and, as applicable, the appointing authority.
