Agenda for the September 2, 2026 Survey Committee meeting. The single business item is review of and possible revisions to the draft Statewide Independent Community Needs Assessment, a survey to be administered to members of Hawaii's disability community regarding independent living, for recommendation to the full Council at a future meeting. Public testimony is taken on all agenda items (three minutes per topic), followed by public comment on non-agenda items, announcement of the next meeting, and adjournment.
